Revlys Automation by Revlys With its Revlys Automation project, the company will implement an advanced digital system leveraging AI and automation to optimize the planning and execution of sustainable corporate events. This includes automated venue and activity selection, carbon footprint tracking, and real-time budget optimization through API integrations. AI-powered proposal generation will streamline operations, significantly reducing planning time while maintaining high customization levels. The project will also introduce post-event impact monitoring, allowing businesses to measure and improve their sustainability efforts. These innovations will enhance efficiency, improve customer experience, and establish Revlys as a leader in sustainable corporate travel.

Competitiveness & low-carbon transition of offers by Tourisme et Développement Solidaires (TDS Voyage) The project aims to enhance TDS Voyage’s operational efficiency and accelerate its digital transition while maintaining its commitment to sustainability. Key activities include the development of a dedicated business CRM to streamline customer relations, improve booking processes, and enhance data management. The agency will optimize its website to improve user experience, integrate automated customer engagement tools, and incorporate a carbon footprint calculator to promote sustainable travel choices. Additionally, employees will receive digital skills training to maximize the benefits of new technologies. In collaboration with ATES, TDS Voyage will also facilitate collective learning and innovation among small enterprises in the fair-trade tourism sector, fostering industry-wide progress toward decarbonization and sustainable practices.
Hyper Relay by LesTrobadors Les Trobadors is developing HyperRelays, an innovative, itinerant digital experience that brings cultural heritage to life through interactive storytelling and AI-powered content adaptation. The project involves digitizing historical archives, designing adaptive narratives, and deploying AI-driven learning models to personalize visitor experiences. The implementation will follow a structured timeline, beginning with data integration and content development, followed by AI training and user interaction testing. The final phases will focus on optimizing accessibility and refining the interactive experience through feedback loops. By collaborating with municipalities, museums, and educational institutions, the project will ensure widespread engagement and impact.
Sustainable Itinerary Planner with Mapping Tools by TicTacTrip The Sustainable Itinerary Planner with Mapping Tools project will integrate an advanced cartographic display into Tictactrip’s existing travel booking platform. This initiative will enhance the digital travel experience by providing real-time data on train routes, ticket availability, and station details, alongside contextual tourism information such as points of interest. Implementation activities will include API integration with SNCF and Wemap, the development of an interactive map tailored to the tourism sector, user testing to refine functionalities, and final deployment to ensure a seamless experience for travelers and professional clients. The project will also involve outreach to tourism professionals to promote the adoption of the platform and encourage the use of sustainable travel solutions.
Odysway: Pioneering Immersive and Impactful Tourism by Odysway Odysway is committed to transforming the tourism sector by implementing a series of strategic initiatives. These include expanding its portfolio of immersive stays with a focus on train-accessible destinations to reduce carbon emissions, enhancing its digital platform to provide seamless travel experiences, and developing a dedicated mobile app for real-time itinerary management. Additionally, the company is strengthening its group travel offerings for associations, schools, and corporate clients to foster cultural awareness and sustainability. Through targeted marketing and international expansion, Odysway aims to reach a broader European audience while ensuring that its services align with environmental and social responsibility standards.
H2O for O2 project by O2 Camping The H2O for O2 Camping project will introduce smart water management solutions to optimize resource consumption and promote environmental awareness among visitors. Key activities include the installation of connected water meters at mobile homes and communal areas to monitor usage in real-time, enabling immediate detection of leaks and inefficiencies. A centralized digital dashboard will track water consumption patterns, providing data-driven insights for improved decision-making. The project will also incorporate a pilot phase to assess feasibility, followed by full-scale deployment. Awareness campaigns targeting both guests and staff will encourage water conservation, reinforcing behavioral change and long-term sustainability.
Le Jardin des Ecosystèmes en Mouvement by ECO CEIBA The Le Jardin des Ecosystèmes en Mouvement project focuses on creating an immersive and educational experience in a preserved natural environment. The initiative features an interactive sensory trail enhanced by digital tools, including a mobile application and augmented reality, to engage visitors with local biodiversity in an intuitive and accessible manner. The project includes the installation of biodiversity-supporting infrastructures such as insect hotels and nesting boxes, alongside participatory workshops that educate visitors on ecological conservation. Designed with inclusivity in mind, the project incorporates adaptive elements for visitors with physical, sensory, and cognitive impairments. The phased implementation will involve environmental studies, digital development, infrastructure construction, and the rollout of educational activities, ensuring a holistic and impactful eco-tourism experience.
AI3M – AI for Interactive and Immersive Mediation by The Château du Clos Lucé The project will introduce two key innovations: an interactive audiobook experience and a digital visitor brochure. These solutions, co-developed with Ollie Quest, will leverage AI-powered object recognition and gamified storytelling to enhance engagement. The digital brochure will replace paper formats, reducing waste while ensuring accessibility for diverse audiences. The implementation will involve the development of AI modules, content adaptation, multilingual accessibility features, and a feasibility study on conversational technology. By blending heritage with cutting-edge digital tools, the project aims to create a more inclusive, sustainable, and interactive cultural experience.
CANTAL GRAND SPECTACLE by SARL 100% PURE AUVERGNE CANTAL GRAND SPECTACLE builds on the ecolodge’s legacy by curating exclusive wellness journeys that blend nature, heritage, and inner transformation. The project involves the development of immersive experiences, including guided nature retreats, cultural exchanges, and partnerships with local businesses. A key component is the presence of Brother François, whose reflective approach enriches the spiritual and mindful aspects of the retreats. Digital enhancements, such as an upgraded booking system and social media engagement, ensure broader accessibility and seamless user experiences. Additionally, the project integrates collaborative video storytelling, showcasing regional businesses and landscapes to strengthen the identity of Hautes Terres Cantaliennes as a premier sustainable tourism destination.
Travel matchmaking Project by L'Odyssée du Papillon The Travel Matchmaking project focuses on enhancing the digital infrastructure of L'Odyssée du Papillon to better serve solo female travelers. The core activities include the complete redesign of the website to provide a modern, seamless user experience and the integration of an innovative travel matchmaking module. This module will allow female travelers to find compatible travel companions based on shared preferences, ensuring safer and more enriching travel experiences. To ensure an eco-friendly digital footprint, the website redesign will incorporate sustainable web development practices, reducing data usage and energy consumption. A comprehensive marketing and communication campaign will also be implemented to promote the new features and attract a larger audience.
Water Management Innovation - Ecotelia by Domaine EcÔtelia The Ecotelia Water Management Innovation project focuses on implementing advanced water-saving technologies to optimize the site's sustainability efforts. Key activities include upgrading the natural swimming pool with energy-efficient variable flow pumps and specialized filtration systems to reduce water and electricity consumption. Additionally, a greywater recycling system will be introduced, allowing water from accommodations to be filtered and repurposed for secondary uses such as toilet flushing. The project will follow a structured implementation plan, including feasibility studies, pilot testing, full-scale deployment, and awareness-raising activities to engage staff and visitors.
